  5. Kokoma Island is an island paradise which is struck by a major hurricane.  There are two basic goals:

  7. 1)  Raise the residential population to 20,000.
  8. 2)  Raise the commercial population to 8,000.

  10. You have 10 years.

  12. If you use the Windows 95 version, you can run the scenario by double-clicking the icon in the scenarios directory.
